Well, this has got to be one of the most liberating ways of bitching about your job. So I'm in office right now, just making sure nobody's looking, and writing about all the things I hate about this organization. it's an indian business channel and people tell me its not the worst. so i really pity the rest.

HR of course, is the most inefficient department in the office. they hate to pay people! they make the worst possible offers to new joinees and then conveniently forget to appraise you no matter how hard you've been working. however, if you join the channel after quitting a competitor, then they treat you like royalty. no matter how inefficient or inexperienced you are. basically, this is signal to move. i really need to switch jobs, not because i'm unhappy- but just so that hr values me for whatever i'm already doing
